Get Out of the C- Zone
There are few things more difficult in life than getting out of your comfort zone. Learning how to be vulnerable and allowing yourself to open up to others is not for the faint of heart.
Expanding your comfort zone doesn’t mean completely altering your life. Simple tasks such as taking a different route to work can open up a world of possibilities. And the good thing about a comfort zone is you can always go back to it!
